Container Temperature Records and Banana Chilling: Analysis of Potential Causes

According to the temperature records of the containers provided by the member, as well as the container temperature analysis and PTI test report from the Container Management Department, the temperature inside the container remained within the normal range throughout the voyage and prior to delivery at Tianjin port (2022/3/3 11:00:00). However, despite the conflicting temperature records provided by the opposing party, there is insufficient evidence to establish a direct correlation between these records and the specific container in question. Therefore, we are inclined to believe that the chilling of the bananas may be attributed to factors such as the inherent quality of the cargo itself or possible exposure to low temperatures after the delivery at Tianjin port.
