Based on the container temperature records provided by the member, in conjunction with the Container Management Department's temperature analysis and PTI test report, we can confirm that the internal temperature of the container remained within the normal range throughout the voyage and leading up to its delivery at Tianjin Port on March 3rd, 2022, at 11:00:00.

While alternative temperature records have been presented, there is no evidence to suggest these records are associated with the container in question.

Therefore, our assessment is that the reported chilling of the bananas could be attributed to one or more of the following factors:

• Inherent Cargo Quality: The bananas themselves may have been of subpar quality prior to shipping, making them more susceptible to chilling injury.* Post-Delivery Temperature Exposure: The bananas may have been exposed to cold temperatures after being delivered to Tianjin Port, leading to chilling damage.

Further investigation into the pre-shipping condition of the bananas and their handling post-delivery is necessary to determine the precise cause of the chilling.
