Dry-Docking Repair: Component Replacement Due to Wear and Tear
During this repair, we have observed the replacement of several components including the sliding piece, one sleeve, O-rings, gasket, back up ring, oil seal, four sliding blocks, locking plate, rung spacer, locking wires, spacer ring, plugs, shim, and seven sleeves. Upon inspection, no visible damage was found on these parts at the site, leading us to believe that their replacement was necessitated by excessive wear or the end of their service life, rather than being a result of an accident. Consequently, we conclude that this repair is associated with the scheduled dry-docking.
