Cargo Hold Damage: 150mm Hole Found in No. 5 Topside Tank

Damage has been discovered in cargo hold No. 5, specifically on the sloping plate of the topside tank. The affected area is located between Frame #44 and #43. A hole, measuring approximately 150mm in diameter, has been found at the junction of the starboard side hatch coaming and the sloping plate.
