Requesting Stevedore Damage Report and Condition Reports for Damage Assessment

Due to the significant amount of time that has passed since the damage occurred, we kindly request our principal to provide the stevedore damage report and the off-hire condition report/on-hire condition report for reference. This is necessary in order to accurately determine whether the damages are recent or were caused during the aforementioned voyage.
