Request for Damage Reports to Determine Liability for Cargo Damage

Due to the significant time elapsed since the discovery of damage to the cargo, we kindly request our principal to provide us with the following documents for our review:

• Stevedore Damage Report: This report details any damage noted during loading or unloading operations.
• Off-Hire Condition Report/On-Hire Condition Report: These reports document the vessel's condition before and after the voyage in question.

These documents are crucial for determining whether the identified damages are new or if they occurred during the specified voyage. Access to these reports will enable us to properly assess liability and proceed accordingly.
