Silo Shipment Delay: Equipment Damage and Handling Responsibility

Dock personnel reported that shipment from the affected silo was slow from the start, leading them to prioritize other silos. During an on-site inspection, we discovered damage to the conveying equipment at the bottom of the silo. However, the time of damage and its impact on the shipment rate remain unclear.

While the goods' liquidity may have been compromised from the beginning, we believe the recipient should have arranged for timely handling instead of postponing it. This delay further complicates the situation and raises concerns about responsibility for the slowed shipment.
