Slow Shipment from Silo Due to Damaged Conveying Equipment

The dock personnel informed us that the shipment from this particular silo has been consistently slow since the beginning. As a result, they decided to prioritize shipments from other silos. Upon inspection, we noticed that the conveying equipment at the bottom of the silo was found to be damaged on-site. However, we are unable to determine the exact timeframe when this equipment sustained the damage or if it has directly impacted the shipment rate.

While it is evident that the liquidity of the goods has declined since the initial stages, we firmly believe that the recipient should have promptly made arrangements for handling instead of prolonging the delay until now.
