EBL Induces Dose-Dependent Effects on Cell Proliferation and Apoptosis

Treatment with different concentrations of EBL resulted in a dose-dependent response in cell proliferation and apoptosis. Cells treated with low concentrations of EBL exhibited a slight increase in proliferation, while high concentrations led to a significant decrease in proliferation. Concurrently, high concentrations of EBL significantly increased apoptosis rates, whereas low concentrations had no noticeable effect on apoptosis. These findings suggest that EBL exerts a significant influence on both cell proliferation and apoptosis, and this effect is dose-dependent.
