EBL Inhibits Cell Proliferation and Alters Cellular Morphology

Treatment with EBL resulted in a significant decrease in cell proliferation. Specifically, cell proliferation was reduced by 30% and 50% following treatment with 0.1 μM and 1 μM EBL, respectively. Furthermore, we observed alterations in cell morphology and cytoplasmic structure upon EBL treatment. These findings indicate that EBL exerts a significant impact on cell growth and morphology, potentially through the modulation of intracellular signaling pathways.
