Cargo Damage Claim: Request for Temperature Records

The recipient has claimed that the goods were damaged during the devanning process and suspects that high temperatures during transportation may have been the cause. However, no evidence has been provided to support these allegations, and the recipient has not provided cargo temperature records for the duration of the transport.

During our inspection, it had been more than a month since the devanning process, and the recipient had not provided any evidence of proper cargo preservation during this time. Without adequate information, it is challenging to determine when the damage occurred.

We, therefore, request temperature records for the container during the entire transportation period of this voyage. This information is crucial to evaluate the condition of the cargo during transport and assess the validity of the claim.
