Cargo Damage Investigation: Request for Temperature Records

The receiver has claimed that the cargoes were damaged during devanning and suspects that high temperatures during transport may have been the cause. However, there is no supporting evidence to substantiate these allegations. Additionally, the receiver has not provided any records of cargo temperatures during transport.

During our inspection, we noted that more than a month had elapsed since the devanning of the cargo, yet there was no evidence of proper preservation during this period. In the absence of sufficient information, it is challenging for us to ascertain the exact time of the damage occurrence. Therefore, we kindly request the temperature records for the container during the entire transport period of this voyage to enable us to evaluate the condition of the cargo during transport.
