Based on our preliminary survey, a total of 65548.8 MT of cargo was discharged from the aforementioned vessel at the Port of Jingtang. This amount exceeded the B/L figures by 64.16 MT (0.098%). The Chief Officer's calculation yielded a slightly lower figure of 65546.76 MT, which exceeded the B/L figures by 62.136 MT (0.095%). Unfortunately, we were not provided with the Custom surveyor's results, but they did inform us verbally that the quantity of cargo discharged was sufficient. According to the local agent, the delay in sailing was due to waiting for the sailing channel, resulting in a postponement until 1400hrs.
