The initial estimated time of departure (ETD) was set for 11:30hrs on the same day.* Draft Survey: A final draft survey was conducted jointly by our appointed surveyor and the vessel's Chief Officer (C/O) between 08:00hrs and 09:00hrs on June 24th.* Survey Findings: * Our draft survey determined that a total of 65,548.8 metric tons (MT) of cargo had been discharged, reflecting a surplus of 64.16 MT (0.098%) compared to the figure stated on the Bill of Lading (B/L) of 65,484.64 MT. * The Chief Officer's independent calculation indicated a total discharge of 65,546.76 MT, which equates to a 62.136 MT (0.095%) variance above the B/L figure. * While the Customs surveyor did not formally disclose their calculated results, we received verbal confirmation that the discharged cargo quantity was deemed sufficient.* Departure Postponement: The local agent has informed us of a revised departure schedule. Due to congestion in the sailing channel, the ETD has been adjusted to 14:00hrs.
