大学实习报告。基本信息:英语专业2左右在一个制碱进出口公司做销售经理。要包括收获、不足、体验、个人总结等
Introduction
I am a student majoring in English at a university in China. During the summer of 2021, I had the opportunity to complete an internship as a sales manager at a company specializing in the import-export of caustic soda. This report will detail my experiences and lessons learned during this internship.
Overview of the Company
The company I worked for was a relatively small import-export company based in Shanghai. The company specialized in the import and export of caustic soda, and my role as a sales manager was to help the company expand its customer base and increase sales. The company was relatively new, having been in operation for only a few years, but it had already established a reputation for quality and timely delivery.
My Role as a Sales Manager
As a sales manager, my primary responsibilities included identifying potential customers, contacting them, and introducing them to our products. I was also responsible for creating sales reports and maintaining customer relationships. In addition, I was responsible for helping the company expand its online presence by creating and managing social media accounts.
Challenges and Lessons Learned
During my internship, I encountered several challenges that helped me to grow both professionally and personally. One of the biggest challenges was the language barrier. As a non-native speaker of English, I had difficulty communicating with some of the potential customers. However, I learned to overcome this challenge by practicing my English every day and by using online translation tools when necessary.
Another challenge I encountered was the pressure to meet sales targets. I learned that building relationships with customers was just as important as making sales. By building strong relationships with customers, I was able to secure repeat business and establish a loyal customer base.
One of the most valuable lessons I learned during my internship was the importance of teamwork. I was fortunate to work with a group of dedicated and supportive colleagues who were always willing to help me when I needed it. Through our collaboration, we were able to achieve our sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
Personal Reflection
Overall, my internship as a sales manager was a valuable experience that taught me many important lessons. I learned how to communicate effectively with customers, how to build strong relationships, and how to work effectively as part of a team. I also gained a better understanding of the import-export industry and the challenges that companies in this industry face.
In conclusion, I would like to express my gratitude to my colleagues and supervisors for their support and guidance during my internship. I believe that the skills and knowledge I gained during this experience will be invaluable as I continue my studies and pursue a career in the business world
