In this paper, we employ the full-load bending condition as the boundary condition for topology optimization in order to optimize the design of the frame. We then assess the strength and stiffness of the optimized model under various conditions to determine if it still meets the specified requirements. Figure 8 showcases the results of the topology optimization for the frame. The areas highlighted in red indicate parts that can be removed without significantly affecting the frame's performance. Conversely, the areas highlighted in grey are recommended to be retained, as their deletion would have a greater impact on the frame's performance. The areas highlighted in green are considered critical, which means they can be removed or retained without compromising the frame's performance. Based on the results of this topology optimization analysis, we have improved the truck frame model in SolidWorks, as depicted in Figure 9.
