ARAP1 was selected as the target for further research by integrating analysis of the HCC and multiomics data of HepG2. RT-qPCR results showed that the expression of the ARAP1-L (prmtr.61501) increased, and the ARAP1-S (prmtr.61499) decreased in HepG2, leading to the selection of ARAP1 for further investigation. Through integrative analysis of HCC and multiomics data of HepG2, it was found that the expression of ARAP1-L (prmtr.61501) increased while the expression of ARAP1-S (prmtr.61499) decreased in HepG2, confirming its potential significance.
