2023 POE & SQ Initiative Roadmap: Leveraging Cross-Team Collaboration for Enhanced Gating

For the 2023 POE & SQ initiative roadmap, TSE POE is responsible for most of the 'PQ mechanism' levers that will drive the goal forward. This includes launching and enhancing Risky Early Detection (RED) rules. On the other hand, SQ is in charge of the CNGS side initiatives, such as running bi-weekly meetings to call out defect spikes with the NSR team, enhancing AM/Seller knowledge on how to appeal/counterfeit domain, and maintaining the POE roadmap. To achieve our targets this year, we plan to collaborate more with APAC TSE on new projects, leveraging cross-team data insights, such as BP and REG, to identify opportunities where gating can be improved. Recently, we initiated the NSR brand analysis project, which we aim to collaborate with the CDT team to use brand status risk signals as input for listing/account enforcement.
