Optimizing PPM Improvement for 2023 POE & SQ Initiative Roadmap

Our level of aggressiveness in improving ppm hinges on how we set the levers of the PQ mechanism for the 2023 POE & SQ initiative roadmap. While TSE POE will be in charge of most of the levers, such as launching/redesigning RED rules, SQ will handle CNGS initiatives by running bi-weekly meetings to address defect spikes with the NSR team, enhancing AM/Seller knowledge of appeal/counterfeit domain, and maintaining the POE roadmap. To achieve our goal, we will collaborate with APAC TSE more on new projects, leveraging cross-team data insights from BP and REG to identify opportunities for enhancing gating. Additionally, we are exploring the possibility of working with the CDT team on the NSR brand analysis project to use brand status risk signals as input for listing/account enforcement.
