Cargo Damage Report: Minor Defects During Discharge

After the discharge was completed, the tallyman issued a cargo damage list and requested that the chief officer sign it. The damage list is included at the end of this report. The majority of the defects mentioned in the list were related to the paint being slightly off in certain areas. Additionally, there were some minor defects such as a slightly broken case board and locally dented packaging. For the shifted cargo (located at the loader front under S/O HTJ001 with C/NO. 5), the cargo damage list only noted the paint being slightly off in certain areas.

The chief officer signed the cargo damage list with the following remarks: 'CARGO DISCHARGED SAME AS LOADED AT LOADING PORT, FOR RECEIPT ONLY.'
