Soybean Inspection Restrictions at Consignee's Factory

On the 15th, we revisited the consignee's factory with the charterer surveyor to conduct an inspection. However, we were still limited in our actions. At present, the consignee has only granted us permission to observe the sampling process and access pertinent information regarding product and mixed soybean inspections. Unfortunately, the consignee remains unwilling to provide us with relevant production data or permit us to view real-time production data on-site. Additionally, they have not shared any information regarding the current soybean storage situation within the factory.
