Consignee Restricts Inspection Access at Factory: A Detailed Account

On August 15th, we returned to the consignee's factory alongside the charterer surveyor to carry out a comprehensive inspection. However, our activities continued to be restricted. As it stands, the consignee has only granted us permission to observe the sampling process and review relevant product and mixed soybean inspection data.

Unfortunately, the consignee remains resistant to disclosing any production data or granting us access to the site to observe real-time production. Moreover, they have not disclosed information regarding the current soybean storage situation within the factory. This lack of transparency raises concerns about the consignee's commitment to a fully transparent and accountable supply chain.
