Therefore, there is no possibility of the cargo thawing during transportation. Furthermore, the reefer container's weak refrigeration capacity makes it impossible for the cargo to refreeze. The on-site inspection confirmed that all the cargoes were in a frozen state, indicating that they did not thaw during transportation. Based on these findings, we believe that the damage to the cargo is not related to the transportation process. It is more likely to be a problem with the quality of the cargo itself or an issue that occurred during the consignee's custody.
