Hello Verena! I wanted to inquire about the approximate Service Level Agreement (SLA) for a brand to receive PQ gating. Recently, AGS received an escalation from the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) regarding a brand that might need to change its brand ID. I believe that when a brand switches to a new Brand ID, it may be necessary to go through the PQ gating process again. This situation could potentially expose branded ASINs to the risk of not being protected by gates, thus providing an opportunity for bad actors to list counterfeit or unauthorized products that may result in Customer Complaint Resolution (CCR) hard defects. The Leadership Team (LT) is interested in understanding how long it typically takes for the brand owner to obtain new PQ gating on their ASINs
