船体清理进展：油污清理中，安全防暑措施到位

We have maintained continuous communication with personnel from all parties on site, especially with the workers who were unable to communicate with the crew due to language barriers. We have also assisted in facilitating communication between the crew and the workers. Currently, despite multiple cleanings by the workers, there are still oil stains on the surface, particularly below the waterline where oil slicks that were once floating on the water have left several black marks on the hull. We will coordinate with the crew and urge the cleaning workers to continue cleaning the hull.

The deck work has been completely cleaned. The workers are now cleaning the cargo hold and fuel tanks. The sludge and dirty oil cleaned out will be disposed of according to the repair plan. On site, due to the hot weather, we have repeatedly reminded the workers to pay attention to safety and to prevent accidents by taking measures against heatstroke. We require the workers to maintain forced ventilation during the cleaning process and carry gas detectors with them. Anti-static equipment such as explosion-proof copper shovels and wooden shovels should be used for cleaning.
