随着信息代时代的到来,石油企业技术人员的培训面临新的挑战和机遇。本文通过文献资料法、实地调查法和专家访谈法,探讨了信息代时代下石油企业技术人员培训的现状、存在的问题和解决办法。研究发现,信息代时代下石油企业技术人员培训存在诸多问题,如培训内容单一、培训方式陈旧、培训效果难以评估等。为解决这些问题,本文提出了一系列解决办法,如多元化培训内容、创新培训方式、建立培训效果评估体系等。本研究对于推动石油企业技术人员培训的改革和发展具有重要的意义。

Abstract:

With the advent of the information age, the training of technical personnel in petroleum enterprises faces new challenges and opportunities. Through the methods of literature review, field investigation and expert interview, this paper explores the current situation, existing problems and solutions of the training of technical personnel in petroleum enterprises in the information age. The study found that there are many problems in the training of technical personnel in petroleum enterprises in the information age, such as single training content, outdated training methods, and difficult to evaluate the training effect. To solve these problems, this paper proposes a series of solutions, such as diversified training content, innovative training methods, and the establishment of a training effect evaluation system. This study is of great significance for promoting the reform and development of the training of technical personnel in petroleum enterprises.
