大四考研失败后，就去参加实习了。实习结束后也没有从事和专业相关的工作，因为觉得自己的专业知识积累得还不够。于是回到家乡，在朋友的帮助下，找了一份教辅机构的工作，工作了大概半年就辞职了。之后有做过其他的兼职工作，但是内心里深处还是想能够继续学习金融相关的知识，向往学术研究生活，很想往量化金融发展，所以在去年9月份，又重新开始复习备考。在这个过程中，我克服了过去的失败，摆正心态，重新学习基础知识，科学备考，在这次考试中得道了提高。所以我内心非常珍视这样的一种考验，它让我重新找回了向前的勇气。 英文

After failing the postgraduate entrance examination in my senior year, I went on to participate in an internship. However, I did not pursue a job related to my major as I felt that I still lacked sufficient knowledge in the field. I returned to my hometown and with the help of friends, found a job at an educational assistance institution. I worked there for around six months before resigning. I then took on various part-time jobs, but deep down, I still yearned to continue learning about finance-related knowledge and aspired to academic research. I was particularly interested in the development of quantitative finance. Therefore, in September of last year, I started to prepare for the examination once again. During this process, I overcame my past failures, adjusted my mindset, relearned the basics, and prepared scientifically. Consequently, I saw an improvement in my performance in this exam. I cherish this experience as it has given me the courage to move forward.
