大四考研失败后，就去参加实习了。实习结束后也没有从事和专业相关的工作，因为觉得自己的专业知识积累得还不够。于是回到家乡，在朋友的帮助下，找了一份教辅机构的工作，工作了大概半年就辞职了。之后有做过其他的兼职工作，但是内心里还是想能够继续学习金融相关的知识，向往学术研究生活，很想往量化金融发展，所以在去年9月份，又重新开始复习备考。在这个过程中，我克服了过去的失败，摆正心态，重新学习基础知识，科学备考，在这次考试中得道了提高。所以我内心非常珍视这样的一种考验，它让我重新找回了向前的勇气。 英文

After failing the postgraduate entrance examination in my senior year, I decided to take on an internship instead. However, after completing the internship and not finding a job related to my major, I realized that my knowledge was still lacking. I returned to my hometown and with the help of friends, found a position at a teaching aid institution. I worked there for about six months before resigning. I then took on other part-time jobs, but deep down inside, I still wanted to continue studying finance and pursuing academic research. I yearned to develop my skills in quantitative finance. Therefore, in September of last year, I started to study and prepare for the postgraduate entrance examination once again. During this process, I overcame my past failures, adjusted my mindset, and relearned the basics. I prepared scientifically and improved my results in this exam. I cherish this experience very much, as it allowed me to regain the courage to move forward.
