The impact of Pseudomonas fluorescens strain PG-9 on the number of soil fungal OTUs is shown in Figure 9. A total of 515 OTUs were obtained in the PG-9 treatment, with 119 unique OTUs. In the control treatment (CK), a total of 543 OTUs were obtained, with 147 unique OTUs. Among them, there were 396 OTUs that were shared between the PG-9 treatment and the control. These results indicate that the application of Pseudomonas fluorescens strain PG-9 resulted in a decrease in the species diversity of soil fungal communities.
