Translation: Apple Soil Bacterial Community High-throughput Sequencing Analysis - Impact of PG-9 Strain Treatment

This study investigated the impact of PG-9 strain treatment on the classification and composition of the bacterial community in the apple rhizosphere soil by conducting high-throughput sequencing analysis. A total of 268,353 valid sequences were obtained from the samples, with each sample producing at least 42,290 valid sequences. The average length of the sequences was 415.46 bp. Clustering at a 97% similarity level resulted in a total of 3874 OTUs, which could be divided into 35 phyla, 112 classes, 292 orders, 458 families, and 874 genera.
