The PG-9 treatment obtained a total of 3474 OTUs, with 520 unique OTUs, while the control treatment (CK) obtained a total of 3354 OTUs, with 400 unique OTUs. Among them, there were 2954 OTUs shared between the PG-9 treatment and the CK treatment. These results indicate that the application of Pseudomonas putida PG-9 enriches the species diversity of soil bacterial communities.
