Apple soil fungal sequence statistical analysis
By performing high-throughput sequencing on the ITs1 region of different treatment samples, the classification and composition changes of the soil fungal community in the rhizosphere of apple trees treated with Pseudomonas fluorescens PG-9 were studied in three biological replicates. A total of 330,516 valid sequences were obtained from the samples, with at least 48,697 valid sequences generated per sample. The average sequence length was 236.69bp. Clustering at a 97% similarity level resulted in a total of 662 operational taxonomic units (OUTs), which could be classified into 11 phyla, 34 classes, 74 orders, 134 families, and 218 genera.
