English Translation: Confidentiality Clause in Contract

The party B has the obligation to keep confidential the content of this contract, documents and materials submitted by the party A, as well as any non-public information of the party A, including technical information, business information, and trade secrets. Without the written consent of the party A, the aforementioned materials and information shall not be disclosed to any third party or used for purposes other than this contract. Third parties include, but are not limited to, external legal entities, individuals, other organizations, social media, and personnel within the party B who are not relevant to this project.
The confidentiality obligation under this contract shall terminate on the date when the relevant materials or information are officially made public or on the date when the party A releases the party B from the confidentiality obligation in writing. In the event of a breach of the confidentiality obligation by the party B, it shall compensate the party A for any losses incurred as a result and bear contractual liability as stipulated.
