The Ode to the Goddess of Luo River

In the land of Wei, by the Luo River, there lived a goddess, Whose beauty shone like the sun and the moon, and whose grace was unmatched. She would often ride on a boat, her hair blowing in the wind, While her companions played music and sang her praises.

The goddess saw the river as her home, and the people as her children, She would guide their boats, and protect them from harm. She would also teach them the art of music and dance, And share with them the beauty of the river and the sky.

The goddess was so beautiful that even the birds and fishes were drawn to her, And when she smiled, the whole world would be filled with joy. Her beauty was like that of a flower in full bloom, And her grace was like that of a swan gliding on the water.

But even as the goddess lived her life of joy and beauty, She knew that her time on earth was limited. For she was not a mortal, but a divine being, And her destiny lay beyond the mortal realm.

And so, as she watched the river flow by, And as she listened to the music of her companions, The goddess knew that her time had come, And that she must return to her heavenly home.

And so she bid farewell to the land of Wei, And to the people of the Luo River. And as she ascended to the heavens, The people wept, for they knew that they would miss her dearly.

But even as they mourned the goddess's departure, They knew that her legacy would live on, In the music and dance that she had taught them, And in the beauty of the Luo River that she had shared with them.

And so the people of Wei continued to live their lives, Guided by the goddess's wisdom and grace, And always remembering the beauty and joy, That she had brought to their land by the Luo River.
