TAG 中国合作模式：ELC 办公室驻点员工服务

TAG China has adopted a unique form of collaboration, where two employees work at the ELC office and carry out bidding and procurement tasks according to ELC's instructions. TAG charges a monthly service fee or, in other words, salary for these two employees. This arrangement has been in place for several years, perhaps around five years, although the exact duration is unclear to me. As a result, TAG's spending in China is not high, but they possess a deep understanding of the Chinese business operations.
