This study presents a novel reconfigurable flat lens antenna comprising 16×16 unit cells, leveraging the functional material GeTe. By modifying the state of the GeTe on the surface, the antenna's radiation beam can be directed towards different angles. The lens antenna exhibits an impressive 6% gain bandwidth at a 3-dB level, along with a remarkable maximum gain of 22.5 dBi. These exceptional characteristics make the proposed lens antenna highly suitable for potential applications within the domain of 6G wireless communications.
