Voltage-Induced Spin Hall Effect (VISHE) in Pt/MAPb1-xCrxBr3(31.3 nm)/NiFe Samples at Varying Temperatures and Cr Concentrations
This study investigates the Voltage-Induced Spin Hall Effect (VISHE) in Pt/MAPb1-xCrxBr3(31.3 nm)/NiFe samples with varying Cr concentrations (x = 0, 0.02, and 0.05) and temperature differences ranging from 3.0 to 40.0 °C. Measurements were conducted using a 605 nm laser to analyze VISHE as a function of magnetic field strength (H). Laser is a high-energy light beam used for material research and measurement. In this context, the laser is used to illuminate the Pt/MAPb1-xCrxBr3(31.3 nm)/NiFe samples and study their properties by measuring the reflection or transmission of light. The laser wavelength of 605 nm is specifically chosen for measuring the VISHE. By varying the Cr content (x) in the sample and the temperature difference, the changes in VISHE can be studied.
