煤基固废资源高值化梯级利用新方法:微尺度化工与声场激励协同强化
In order to address the challenges of poor reaction activity, difficult high-value disposal, and low comprehensive utilization of coal-based solid waste such as gasification ash, fly ash, and coal gangue, this project proposes a new method of micro-scale chemical and acoustic field-enhanced cascading utilization of coal-based solid waste resources. This is achieved through the construction of a microchannel continuous flow reactor to develop an efficient micro-scale hybrid chemical process for coal-based solid waste, improving the efficiency of activation reactions. By integrating ultrasonic transducer elements, the multi-phase flow and energy-mass transfer characteristics inside the microchannels are controlled to achieve high-value disposal of coal-based solid waste through the coupling of multiple physical fields. The ultrasonic microchemical production system is used to achieve the cascading transformation of silicon, aluminum, calcium, iron, and carbon resources, improving the comprehensive utilization of coal-based solid waste. This project will conduct research on the enhanced cascading utilization of high-value coal-based solid waste resources through the synergy of continuous flow in microchannel chemical reactors and ultrasonic transducer-assisted stimulation. Different types of coal-based solid waste will be studied to elucidate the decomposition and reconstruction mechanisms of the silicon, aluminum, calcium, iron, and carbon chemical network structures, reveal the evolution laws of the waste component structures under multiple physical field conditions and their impact on material properties, and clarify the structure-performance relationship of the products. This will provide technical support and theoretical basis for the high-value, large-scale, and clean cascading utilization of coal-based solid waste resources.
