Enhancing Articulated Object Motion Transfer with Dedicated Local GANs and Face Enhancement Framework
Thank you for the valuable feedback! We would like to emphasize the significant contributions of our work. In addition to the loss functions mentioned in response to Q1, we have also employed dedicated local GANs to refine the local regions of the key body parts, such as the face, hands, and feet. Moreover, we have introduced a novel face enhancement framework, which aims to identify frames with similar face orientations in order to improve the quality of the generated face.
The reason for focusing on enhancing the face is rooted in the fact that any distortion in this particular feature is highly noticeable to human observers. This flaw is particularly sensitive and can greatly impact the overall perception of the generated content. Furthermore, it is worth noting that our proposed method can be extended to other articulated objects, such as fish and mice, which have not been explored by previous motion transfer approaches.
Therefore, our work not only addresses the existing limitations, but also opens up new possibilities for enhancing the visual quality of articulated objects.
