Influence of Pseudomonas putida PG-9 on phosphorus content in apple rhizosphere soil\nThe influence of Pseudomonas putida PG-9 on phosphorus content in apple rhizosphere soil is shown in Table 6. The application of PG-9 strain reduced the total phosphorus content in apple rhizosphere soil to 1.48 ᄆ 0.24 g/kg, a decrease of 11.37% compared to the control; the available phosphorus content was 241.62 ᄆ 17.36 mg/kg, an increase of 8.72% compared to the control. However, the differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05). These results indicate that the application of Pseudomonas putida PG-9 promotes the transformation of insoluble phosphorus in the soil, increases the available phosphorus content in apple rhizosphere soil, and facilitates nutrient absorption by apple roots.
