CCR Increase in 2023 Due to PCR Program Shift: Impact & Mitigation
In 2023, the CCR (Customer Complaint Rate) has increased compared to 2022 due to the addition of a PCR (Product Change Request) program shift, which is not a fair benchmarking. Therefore, they have aligned with ISS/BA to remove it from the base table, which will further reduce our current CCR by approximately 15% ppm.
