Teacher Retention in Private Universities in Hubei Province, China: A Qualitative Study
This qualitative research examines the factors influencing teacher retention in private universities in Hubei Province, China. Through interviews with faculty and university administrators, the study aims to address the following research questions:
- What are the factors influencing the retention of teachers in private universities in Hubei Province?
- What are the challenges faced by private universities in retaining teachers in Hubei Province?
- What measures are currently implemented by private universities in Hubei Province to promote teacher retention?
- What additional strategies or initiatives can be suggested to improve teacher retention in private universities in Hubei Province?
