CONTRACT

3. Term and Termination
   3.1 This Contract shall commence on the effective date and continue until the completion of all translation services, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms herein.
   3.2 Either party may terminate this Contract by providing written notice to the other party in the event of a material breach of any provision herein, which remains uncured for a period of [number of days] from the receipt of such notice.\
4. Confidentiality
