ABP's Enhanced Enforcement System: Reducing Friction and False Positives

The previous approach to enforcement resulted in excessive penalties for service providers (SPs), potentially causing a decline in sales due to unintentional or easily fixable compliance errors (e.g., misuse of text trademarks). Moreover, it hindered ABP's ability to expand while effectively minimizing false positives and seller friction. In order to tackle these challenges, ABP's PER will enhance our current binary enforcement system (suppress or ignore) by reducing unnecessary seller friction for sellers who have a good track record.
