Poor Quality Door Mat: Brief Instructions, Torn Straps, and Dry Rot

The instructions were concise and uninformative. It took a considerable amount of time to determine how to assemble it. I have owned it for a few months, and the straps used for rolling up the door have already ripped. They seem to have become brittle, almost as if they are suffering from dry rot.
