Tofa Inhibits CD27 Expression and Enhances CD38 Expression in Anti-CD40 and IL-4 Treated Cells
This study investigated the effects of Tofa on the expression of various markers in anti-CD40 and IL-4 treated cells. For the anti-CD40 and IL-4 group, Tofa could inhibit the expression of CD27 but increase the expression of CD38. Tofa has no effects on CD19, CD20 and IRF-4. The expression of Xbp-1s was not detected.
