Experimental materials: 2-year-old 'Red Fuji' apple tree root system; 16-year-old 'Red Fuji' apple tree rhizosphere soil.\n\nTest strain: Pseudomonas gessardii (PG-9) strain was isolated, screened and identified from apple root tissues in this study, with effective viable count ≥ 2.0×109cfu·mL-1.\n\nCulture media: KB medium was used for strain screening; PAF medium, DF medium, and ADF medium were used for enrichment and screening of strains with ACC deaminase activity; TSB medium and LB medium were used for bacterial culture; NBRIP medium was used to test the strain's phosphorus solubilizing ability.
