S-Optimality in Clustered Strategies Under Environmental Uncertainty

This paper explores the notion of S-optimality within clustered strategies, taking into account the presence of environmental uncertainty. Specifically, it demonstrates that each cluster exhibits a closer proximity to S-optimality when confronted with a given rival strategy 'A', even under conditions of environmental uncertainty.
