Phylogenetic Incongruence between Plastome and Nuclear Data in the Genus *Fargesia*

Phylogenetic studies utilizing both plastome and nuclear datasets have proven valuable in resolving species classification issues across various taxa. In our study, the chloroplast tree and nrDNA tree exhibited inconsistent tree topologies, although they both identified the four major clades. Within Sect. Fargesiani and Sect. Hamiltoniani, some nodes displayed potential conflicting phylogenetic signals between the two original molecular datasets. However, species within each section remained consistent (Fig. 5, Fig.S3).
