Centaline Eagle Club Exchange Programme Scholarship Application - Offer Letter Issue

Dear Student Affairs Office,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my interest in applying for the Centaline Eagle Club Exchange Programme Scholarship 2023/24. However, I have encountered an issue while completing the application form. The form requires me to upload the offer letter issued by the host University.

Unfortunately, the administrative process is still underway, and I may not receive the official offer letter before the application deadline. In light of this, I would like to inquire if it would be acceptable to upload a screenshot of the email confirmation for my exchange application instead.
